From Sierra College to Global AAA

Anna Siaredzich spoke about why supporting young artists (and leaders like Congressman Kevin Kiley) is a strategic AAA production advantage.
Recently I had the honor of speaking at a young artists event supported by Congressman Kevin Kiley’s office and Sierra College.

Working in AAA game development, I see every day that the future depends not only on technology — but on imagination, artistic vision, and the ability to create meaning.
AI can accelerate execution.
Technology can scale production.
But neither can replace human creativity.
That’s why supporting young artists matters.

To everyone who participated today:
your creativity is not “impractical.”
Your ability to see differently will become one of the most valuable skills of the future.
Thank you to the teachers, families, organizers, and all the young creators brave enough to share their work publicly.
The future still belongs to human vision.
